ULSTER FOLK & TRANSPORT MUSEUM UNDERGOES A MAKEOVER FOR CHANNEL 4 GRAND NATIONAL ADOne of Northern Ireland’s leading tourist attractions was transformed into lively scene from the 1700s for Channel 4’s latest promo for the Crabbie’s Grand National Festival which will premiere on all Channel 4 networks - Friday, March 21st at 9pm.

The Ulster American Folk Park got a fresh boost today with the opening of a new American Frontier building from Tennessee.  The Rogan House, an original brick plantation house, was first built by Ulster immigrant Francis Rogan in Sumner County, Tennessee, in 1825.

Pupils Video conference with Award-Winning Author at Ulster American Folk Park

On Tuesday 5th February, 120 schools were connected via video-conference to one of Ireland’s best-selling children’s authors, Marita Conlon-McKenna, to talk about her book 'Under the Hawthorn Tree', the first installment of her world famous Children of the Famine Trilogy.
