The 20th Annual Bluegrass Music Festival at the Ulster American Folk Park near Omagh was launched today by Culture Minister Carál Ní Chuilín with Tim Cooke, Director of National Museums Northern Ireland, Peter Kelly, Head of Operations, Ulster American Folk Park and Visitor Guide, Alasdair Moran.
