Topstitched self belt fastens with poppers b) jacket, fitted to waist with peplum. Puffed and ruched short sleeves. Rounded low lapel. Jacket fastens by hook at waist. Neck, lapel and lower edge of jacket trimmed with four rows of topstitching. condition : good, skirt plucked in one place, some stitching undone around armhole.
