Hands across the border: Dreamcatcher

Time/Date - Friday 28 January - Saturday 9 April

This joint exhibition of quilts by the Northern Ireland Patchwork Guild and the Irish Patchwork Society is celebrated in the title Hands Across the Border.

Both groups have collaborated on previous exhibitions and this year’s inspiration for the quilts comes from the concept of dreams. A Dreamcatcher is a Native American tradition where a decorated charm was believed to catch any harm in the air and only allowed good dreams to filter through.
