Time/Date -
11:00 - 18:00, Saturday 2 October
As part of Age Awareness Week we are offering a unique event day, themed around the rich and varied collections, buildings and landscape of the Ulster American Folk Park. Try your hand at rope making, baking, and flax pulling or participate in singing, painting or story telling workshops.
Our experienced guides will also be leading walking tours throughout the day and the event will culminate in a special celebratory showcase from the Live and Learn over 50’s participants.
For more information contact The Live and Learn Project Officer on 028 8225 6321. Places will be limited for some activities so advance booking is advised.
Please note this is an event specifically for those in the over 50’s age group.
