Sunday Lunch in Cultra Manor
Cultra Manor will be opening its doors for Sunday lunches from 29th January including a complimentary visit to the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum.
Celebrate Sundays in style and enjoy a delicious 2 or 3 course lunch in the luxurious surroundings of this Edwardian manor, set in the heart of the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum. The recently refurbished Cultra Manor is one of the last mansions of the landed gentry to be built in Ireland and has magnificent views over Belfast Lough, making it an elegant setting for Sunday lunch with family, friends and special occasions.
The menu will take inspiration from Cultra Manor’s origins as a grand country house using the finest local ingredients to entertain guests.
After lunch, explore a town from 1900s Ulster and visit the thatched cottages, farms and schools as you wander through the beautiful parkland of the Folk Museum. Chat to costumed visitor guides as they demonstrate traditional crafts. Step aboard majestic steam locomotives in the Transport Museum and discover horse drawn carriages, electric trams, boats, motorbikes, fire-engines and vintage cars.
