We have a brand new exhibition "Celtic Wave", situated in our Land, Sea and Sky galleries, which explores the history of surfing as a sport in Ireland. “The Museum of Innovation” is also located in our Land, Sea and Sky galleries and includes our much loved DeLorean plus a whole host of new, interactive experiences.
Calling all model railway enthusiasts! We have a fantastic opportunity to witness our expert Bill, as he repairs and restores our model railway diorama, built by famed Enniskillen model maker Gordon Johnson. Several moving parts of the model, including a small locomotive engine no longer work, however Bill is here to bring it back to life with his expert knowledge of model railways! You can find the model in our rail gallery opposite our largest engine ‘Maedb’. Watch this fascinating behind the scenes work taking place every Wednesday, starting from 27th July. Please note, we cannot guarantee how long work will continue for so if you are visiting especially to see Bill work, we recommend calling beforehand.
We have a limited number of mobility scooters and wheelchairs available for any visitors with additional accessibility needs. These can be booked in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our Midland Tearoom is now closed however there are vending machines with hot drinks, cold refreshments and confectionery which can be enjoyed in our allocated seating area. Food and drink are not allowed in our exhibition galleries in order to help us keep them safe.
