Due to the latest guidance from the NI Executive, our museums will remain closed until further notice. We look forward to welcoming visitors back to our museums when it is safe to do so and we would like to thank the public for their continued support and patience.
Heinz Mack studied at the Fine Arts Academy in Dusseldorf before entering the University of Cologne, where he read philosophy. He has worked as an artist since 1950, and in 1957 was co-founder of the Group Zero. His main preoccupation is with light and movement, which he explores through the use of aluminium and glass to produce kinetic qualities.
