Sketch No. 43a

Subject : This page has a flap taped on by the artist. When placed over the drawing we see the figure on the left wearing boots and black robe, carrying a scroll and appearing to be wearing a full-bottom wig (could this be a humorous view of a lawyer?) When flipped back we see it is a woman wearing the sheepskin over a dress and bare feet. The second woman is carrying salt fish (prob. Ling) on her head and in her hands.
