The Life of William III


Full page Williamite print showing an allegorical scene featuring an obelisk inscribed to Nassau with various mythical and religous figures and symbols, including pillars of fire. The inscription in French refers to 'The Theatre of England, illustrating the most remarkable events which had taken place since the beginning of 1690 in His Majesty's British countryside'. The print is numbered '1' in pencil and is bound in a book containing 95 engravings depicting the life of William III.
