Folding map on four section divided laterally by a line through the south end of Cookstown and latitudinally by a line just west of Clogher. Scale 3 irish mile = 4 inches. 'Explanation' of features in the physical and built environment including fair towns and mills, with a delineation of distances from Omagh marked on principal roads; from the Tennent Collection. All four sections contained within a black leathered-covered slip case marked Tyrone. One of a series of Irish County maps commissioned by Grand Juries between 1780 and 1820. This updated map was recommended to be drawn by John McEvoy in his Statistical Survey of Co. Tyrone (1801)
