Description:

Mounted print showing the Twelfth of July parade with Terence O’Neill wearing the collarette of Gloonan LOL 504 Ahoghill, Co. Antrim of which he became Worshipful Master in 1965. In 1952 O’Neill had applied to join Ahoghill District lodge 231 and been rejected allegedly because he had stated that, ‘he was as good a Protestant out of the Institution as he would be were he in it.’
