The Reform of Stormont

Description:

This pamphlet was produced by the reformist pressure group the New Ulster Movement in 1971. The NUM was formed early in 1969 and generally took a reformist liberal unionist position. Many NUM members joined the Alliance party when it was established in April 1970. The NUM subsequently continued as a think tank until was eventually wound up in 1978. One of the others of this particular pamphlet was Dr (later Professor) John Whyte of Queen’s University, Belfast.
