In 1974 UK General Elections were held in February and October of that year. John McQuade of the DUP stood as the UUUC candidate in West Belfast in both elections. In both elections he was narrowly defeated by the sitting MP, Gerry Fitt of the SDLP. Printed in red and blue on white.
