Ulster Awake Now - No Surrender

Description:

Poster issued by the Democratic Unionist Party during the post Anglo-Irish Agreement period. The cartoon itself is probably by Rowel Friers and shows a reluctant police officer being forced by John Hume to stand between DUP leader Ian Paisley and UUP leader James Molyneaux. The phrase ‘Ulster awake Now’ has been added by the makers of the poster.
