Reimagine, Remake, Replay

Reimagine, Remake, Replay offers young people the chance to connect with heritage and museum collections in new ways and develop their skills using creative media and the latest technologies.

Reimagine Remake Replay is about exploration, engagement and most importantly having fun. Using a range of media including motion graphics, film making, 3D printing, app development and event management, young people get involved in workshops, events and learning opportunities by getting hands-on and letting their creative juices flow.

Led by National Museums NI, Nerve Centre, Northern Ireland Museums Council and Northern Ireland Screen, Reimagine, Remake, Replay is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s ‘Kick the Dust’ programme.

The young people who take part explore collections using various creative means such as virtual reality, creative writing, filmmaking, podcasting and more. In each programme, they are given the opportunity to work towards achieving Open College Network (OCN) accreditations and digital badges, developing their creative and digital skills for the future.
