This spectacular contemporary space rises four stories through the heart of the Ulster Museum and is adorned by some of the most iconic pieces from the national collection. Glass balconies overlook the dining area, which is set against the Window on Our World gallery. This is a beautiful and sophisticated space, ready for you to fill with the colour and vibrancy of your event.

The Ulster Museum features some of the most impressive spaces in Northern Ireland. The Atrium is a spectacular contemporary space, four stories high and surrounded by some of the most iconic pieces in the museum’s collection. The Belfast Room is grand, yet intimate—ideal for smaller events. The entire museum can host up to 1500 guests in comfort and style for a reception.

Tourism NI Year of Food & Drink Gala Dinner

Tourism NI wanted a spectacular venue to mark the end of the very successful Year of Food & Drink in 2016. The Ulster Museum was chosen with a drinks reception in the Atrium followed by a dinner for 200 people in Art 2 surrounded by stunning Irish Art from the museum’s collection. An exceptional 7 course menu by Yellow Door, caterers in the Ulster Museum, was served highlighting the very best of local produce. The combination of enjoying some of the finest local produce surrounded by exceptional works by local artists provided an exceptional experience for guests.
