Wander through our rolling countryside and bustling town filled with authentic, period buildings where you’ll find costumed guides demonstrating traditional crafts.

Most of our exhibit buildings remain open to enjoy but where we can’t guarantee social distancing these will remain closed for now. We ask you not to handle objects inside exhibit buildings in order to keep you, and them, safe.

See daily demonstrations of traditional crafts from our visitor guides throughout the day like basket-weaving and blacksmithing. There’ll be no baking demonstrations for the time being but there’s plenty of other crafts for you to learn all about. Ask one of our Visitor Team for more details on daily demonstrations when you arrive.

You can breathe in the fresh air and explore the beautiful countryside at your leisure. Don’t forget to say hello to our horses, donkeys and hens and keep an eye out the latest additions to the farm – our baby piglets!

Our Visitor Team will be on hand throughout your journey to answer your questions.
