The Ulster Museum has an exceptionally fine collection of paintings and sculpture from the 1950s and 1960s. This series of illustrated talks will examine the development of abstraction, expressionism, kinetics, pop and op art by these local, national and international artists against the back drop of the post-war shift from austerity to affluence in Britain and America.
