Join us for an evening to celebrate one of Northern Ireland's great innovators. This is the first in a new series of Innovate Late events at the new Museum of Innovation which will celebrate the life and times of Frank Pantridge, the inventor of the portable defibrillator.
Enjoy a prosecco reception and hear an inspirational speech from Cecil Lowry author of “Frank Pantridge: Japanese Prisoner of War and Inventor of the Portable Defibrillator”. Cecil will be joined by special guest and Olympic gold medallist Lady Mary Peters, a great friend of Pantridge.
Wander around our new Museum of Innovation after hours, be inspired by the great inventions on display and learn more about the local pioneers, male and female, who have pushed the boundaries of engineering and invention to create designs that have had a lasting impact across the world.
Tickets for this event are £7.00 per person (no concessions).
