The Ulster Museum invites you to experience art in a new way: s l o w l y.

Our Visitor Guides will lead participants in an engaging and in-depth look at works of art displayed in the Ulster Museum.

Saturday 4 April is International Slow Art and the Ulster Museum invites you to take part in this global event. Participants will be asked to spend time with several key art works from the Ulster Museum’s collection, and discover what it means to actively experience art in a relaxed and friendly setting.

Event information:

  • Slow Art is free and all are welcome.
  • Parking is limited. Please arrive early to allow for this or take public transport if possible.
  • It is suitable for adults and older children.
