Artists Colin Davidson and Peter Richards take part in a special panel discussion with National Museum NI Curators Kim Mawhinney, Senior Curator of Art and Niamh Baker, Curator of Making the Future, reflecting on their work linked to and connected by the Troubles.

Colin Davidson’s Silent Testimony contains portrait paintings of eighteen people connected by their individual experience of loss throughout the Troubles.

Peter Richards’ work recently featured in the Troubles Art exhibition. The Memorials Series comprises photographs showing state, community and personal memorials across Belfast.

Kim Mawhinney is Senior Curator of Art and leads on the Troubles Art programming at the Ulster Museum.
